Mission Statement of Cannabis Consulting

The primary purposes of this web-site are to empower qualified individuals throughout California to know their rights, to understand the compassionate use act and to lawfully provide organic cannabis for themselves and to each other. To achieve these ends, I will attempt to update this site on a regular basis, and will include useful documents and other information that is free to download and use. I will also link to other sites that provide useful services or information that is relevant to this mission. The most important service I will offer through this site is offering online consultations, where you can post questions to me and I will either post my answers or forward the answers of other experts, for your review. While this service is provided for free, all donations are greatly appreciated and are easily received, via pay pal. My hope is to provide a well rounded viewpoint regarding medical cannabis issues, in order to promote the greatest respect for cannabis as medicine that I can, while exploring the laws and courtroom realities in such a way that more people understand how to preserve their rights and avoid unnecessary interactions. And lastly, I want to provide a type of ombudsman service for the medical cannabis community, by assisting others with the filing of complaints or other procedures aimed at redressing their grievances, in the public and private sectors. I want to help end discrimination against qualified patients and those that support us.
